1. About us

Pets Fly Private ("we") operates petsflyprivate.com, an aggregator that displays flight availability from third-party licensed pet-friendly shared charter operators. We are not an airline, tour operator or travel agent.

2. What we do — and don't

• We display flight information supplied by third-party operators.
• All bookings, payments, cancellations, and carriage are agreed directly between you and the operator.
• We are not a party to your booking contract and do not accept liability for the operator's performance.
• We take reasonable care to keep listings accurate but do not warrant availability, price, or suitability.

3. Your account

You must be 18 or over to create an account. Keep your credentials confidential and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Route requests

When you submit a route request, you agree we may share the details with verified operators to help them decide whether to run a service.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't scrape, resell or bulk-download our data without written permission.
• Don't submit false information or misuse other users' data.

6. Operators

Operators must hold and evidence the required air-operator licences and comply with all applicable pet-carriage rules. See the operator terms surfaced during application.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
